Click Upload file on the left sidebar "toolbox".

Note: If you are currently editing a page, you must save your page before clicking on "Upload file" or you will lose your work.

Upload A File

On the "Upload file" page you will see the upload interface. Select the Choose file button to select the file on your computer that you want to upload to the wiki.

Note: Change the file destination filename to group related file together and aid in organizing the files, i.e. the spreadsheet "guides comparisons.xls" was renamed "Webteam_guides_comparisons.xls" to indicate its association with the Webteam.

DON'T FORGET: Add a summary or description -- descriptions help us understand what purpose the file serves.

Types Of Files You Can Upload

You can upload image, document, spreadsheet & presentation files: png, gif, jpg, jpeg, doc, docx, pdf, ppt, rtf, xls.

If you would like to upload a file type currently not permitted, contact the wiki admin, Darren, 2-9830.
